BURNING MOUTH SYNDROME Case Summary After diagnosing tooth number 46 with necrotic pulp, I proposed RCT for a 55 year old man. Challenge in this case was to eliminate the chief complaint of the patient  which  was  the sensitivity around the tooth and  of course the underlying pain. DIAGNOSIS This case involves a 55-year-old male with  no such extensive medical history. No such history of high blood  pressure, high cholesterol, no diabetes.Sensitive to cold things like ice-cream, cold drinks and also when the tongue hits the lingual surface of tooth some strange amount of sensitivity  is developed.  TREATMENT PLAN Focusing on patients chief complaint  RCT was performed. Proper treatment  protocol was taken care. RCT with 46 .
